The Neighbors

The Neighbors is the collaborative brainchild from the folks behind Freehand Goods, DOMU & Market owner, John Rife. The purpose of this creative space is to continue East End's mission as a small business incubator for the Orlando community. Pairing local artisans with an approachable cocktail program & an experimental food kitchen, we're creating a comfortable environment that pushes boundaries while giving everyone a chance.

Store Hours: Thursday - Monday 12pm - 10pm, Tuesday - Wednesday 12pm - 9pm

Winter Park Biscuit Company

Winter Park Biscuit Company is a fast-casual restaurant serving diner style vegan food such as items related to its namesake Chik Biscuit Sandwiches, Biscuits & Gravy, and Seasonal Fruit Shortcakes. As well as other plant based comfort foods such as burgers, fries, sandwiches & salads. WPBC started in 2017 doing pop-ups at East End Market. From there they searched for a home and ended up right back where they started, East End Market.

Named in honor of Chef Sonny Nguyen’s first daughter, Rion’s Ocean Room is a heartfelt tribute to the cherished mom-and-pop poke shops of Hawaii. Wafu is a taiyaki and soft serve ice cream shop, originally created in 2020. Taiyaki is a traditional, Japanese fish-shaped waffle with a sweet or savory filling. Our love of Japanese street food and Japanese culture is what lead us to create Wafu.
