Our Market Hall is a very curated collection of small businesses. We have never allowed applications or inquires for spaces within the Market. Spaces rarely become available inside the Hall. If you are interested in a future possibility of opening a business in the Market Hall, the best thing to do is to make yourself & your product known to the Market staff by participating in weekend pop-ups, the Evening Exchange or becoming a Commissary Kitchen tenant. More information can be found in the following link.

Because of Florida laws, the inside of the Market Hall, inside Domu & upstairs in the event spaces are prohibited from allowing pets inside. Licensed service dogs only are allowed inside the building. All pets are allowed everywhere outside on the property including the courtyard & gardens. Please be courteous to all our guests & clean up after your pet.
The Market has a parking lot all the way around the building as well as street parking on the west side of the building off of East End Avenue. These include handicap accessible parking spots. There are two overflow parking lots to the northwest of the building off East End Avenue & behind the white fence on Northwood Blvd.
In the event that our parking lots are all full, you can find additional parking throughout the Audubon Park district & streetside on Corrine Drive. After hours, you can park in the Audubon Park School parking lot located behind the Shell Gas Station on Winter Park Road.
Please do not park in the residential neighborhood streets directly behind the Market. Please obey all road signs & no parking signs.
The Market has plenty of vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free options for everyone. Each business denotes these on their own menus which can be found through the following link.
