This is a Galentine’s/Valentine’s themed Girls Night Out filled with macaron decorating, wine, and charcuterie.
- Macaron decorating demonstration led by Nicole – how to pipe filling into macarons (assembly) and decorate the tops with edible markers/sprinkles/icing piping
- History of the French Macaron and the difference between a macaron and macaroon (there’s a difference!)
- Each participant will get to assemble + decorate his/her own dozen macarons ($36 value)!
- Each participant will get to take their one dozen macarons home in a red gift box to enjoy later or gift to a Galentine/Valentine!
- Charcuterie and wine
